Honestly, the customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs and would never do that again! So save yourself that money as it will only get your glasses to you in about 2 days sooner. Not worth that money. Customer: Disappointing is an understatement. I just want to know when my glasses will arrive and what you're going to do about the express shipping fee I essentially wasted. CS Rep: I completely understand. I'm checking the tracking now, and it looks like there was an unforeseen delay with the carrier, which we are deeply sorry for. For the inconvenience caused by the express shipping not delivering as promised, I can issue a full refund for that specific charge. Your glasses are now showing they are out for delivery today.
