I'm sharing my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale, hoping to save others from the frustration I've endured. I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, which immediately caused dizziness and nausea. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to resolve this, as it's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help. I've attempted multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and still can't get in touch with anyone who can fix this. I'm compelled to leave this review and detail my failed attempts to get help from customer service because I sincerely recommend buying from another company, even if it's a few more dollars.

Customer: I received the wrong prescription glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I can't even wear them! CS Rep: I apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience this has caused you. That sounds truly unpleasant. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: My order number is GUSA12345. I've tried reaching out multiple times—chats, calls, emails—and I keep getting stuck in a loop without ever speaking to a real person. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the difficulty in connecting with us, and I sincerely apologize for that experience. I see your order here. It appears there may have been an error with the prescription entered. We need to initiate a return for the incorrect pair and then reorder with the correct prescription. Customer: So I have to go through all of that again? And how am I supposed to trust that the next pair will be right, or that I can even get help if they're not? What's the exact process for this return and reorder?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
